We currently collect and process the following information:

We may share this information with your General Practitioner or the NHS. This is not shared directly from this website and would only be applicable after receiving a service from ourselves and if you require treatment for a condition we cannot treat in store.

How we store your personal information

Your paper information is securely stored in a locked filing cabinet on the retail premises and also on personal computer database as backup.

We keep your essential information including name, address, contact details, occupation, health and medication details and GP information for a minimum period of 7 years. We will then dispose your information by shredding paper records and anonymising computer records as to unrecognisable.
